looking forward to living in a country with Obama as president. he is able to consider ideas in other countries: the british on banking, perhaps a truly inclusive health care system. got my HOPE bracelet on!
The only ones who won’t benefit are those whose income is so low that they don’t pay any taxes at all. Their fate is still better under Obama, because McCain’s plan will result in cuts to the social services that they depend on.
Let’s see. Deficits running up so fast it makes your head spin. Reducing taxes. Deficits will run up even faster. Don’t worry, let your children and grandchildren and great-grandchildren pay.
I’m an Obama supporter, but I’ll still say that I doubt anyone will be getting the promised tax cuts. With the economy in the shape it’s in, I just don’t think they can afford to do it. That goes for both McCain and Obama. But this close to the election, neither of them are dumb enough to admit to that.
