Whatever gene makes people want to have warm personal relationships with animals is not active with me. I always feel the need to add, when talking about this, that I treat animals with kindness, even affection to the pets of people I know. Just don’t want to live with ’em.

You may notice I don’t comment on dog posts. I am not a “dog person” and there’s nothing I can say which won’t get me in trouble.
We’re not all dog people. My older son has a tolerance for them, but is not a fan. He prefers kitties, especially large ones. Tigers are his favorite.
Darwin just gets cuter and cuter each day. 🙂
I’m not a “cat person” either.

I find animals easier to live with than most of the people I know…
Other than the person I live with, I think I feel about the same.
Congratulations to Darwin!
