Just got a call from a friend inviting us to their place if we need to bug out – another friend invited us last night so it is good to know we have places to go.
Right now there are eight fires burning in the county that I know of – and the Witch Creek fire is huge. Mostly backcountry so far, but it’s at the edge of the cities of Ramona and Escondido, and the day is just starting.
Not gonna be a good day, not at all.
