Well, they actually did, the first time around, but a 5-4 conservative majority of the Supremes turned their usual disdain for Equal Protection precedent on its head in order to give the silver spoon redneck cowboy from Connecticut his first term in the White House . . .
But of course, the media gives the counter protesters more publicity. I guess we don’t have a free press in the country any longer either, just a bunch of administration mouthpieces.

Yeah, after they stole Florida in 2000 and Ohio in 2004.
We don’t have a lefitimate government in this country any longer, and now they even use the justice department for political purposes.
Why people aren’t marching in the streets, I don’t know.
