We’re headed off to Vancouver for a vacation (finally!) so posting will be light or non-existant for a week or so. Hopefully lots of pics when we get back!
Yum, salmon… going to eat like a bear all week! Well, probably cooked salmon not raw… and we’ll probably have salmon with beers, not bears…

Btw, the best way to enjoy a salmon is with a white wine from Chili or South-Africa! But if you prefere a beer, that’s your choice of course 🙂

Your artwork is by one of the Northwestern tribes, or someone using their style. I live surrounded by it and love it.
Have fun on vacation and enjoy the salmon. I like mine with lemon-butter, sometimes planked with butter, honey, and lime.
Go ahead…leave us behind to deal with Republican pranks and Abramoff scandals and us Demos without a true leader! See if we care! By the way…have a great time…

Yes, this piece is by a well-known Haida artist. One of the things I want to see is the exhibit of Haida art at the Vancouver Art Museum.

Hey, at least Ney’s going to jail! One more corrupt Republican in jail, anyway. As to Demo leaders, well, I think that will take a few more years. My guess is the true leaders emerge around 2012 or so. Gotta get rid of the DLC crowd and all the political insiders first. We need new faces…
