Work and kid’s school and other things have ket me busy. I made a brief trip to Scottsdale to check up on Mom and other things – she has had two surgeries and is back in intensive care, again – they may have to do a third surgery. Still hasn’t been out of the hospital in three weeks. I am getting real worried.
Work is boring and stupid – they refuse to do their part, but want to keep me on, doing next to nothing there. I am sick of their not wanting to implement process, but expecting me to hang around anyway. For a major corporation to operate the way this group does is simply stupid. Mostly I’m just annoyed that they’ve cancelled three meetings in the last two working days.
Other than those things, most of my life is ok. I’m still fighting depression and the constant sense of ennui in my life. But at least now there are moments of normality and good stuff in between the painful mornings and the peace of bedtime…
